EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT

At Levant Jewellery, we strive to meet the satisfaction of our clients. All items found in our online store undergo thorough examination before being shipped to the client as to completely eliminate any chance of faulty goods being delivered. Although we do not offer refunds, we will gladly exchange or give store credit should you decide that the item in question is not to your liking upon delivery, provided that the item falls within the parameters listed below:

  • Item must be sent back no later than 7 days after delivery
  • Item must be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging
  • Item must be in original, undamaged and unworn condition

Credit will be issued after receipt and examination of the item on our end. We reserve the right to reject the request for an exchange or store credit if the returned item does not meet the above listed criteria, and will be shipped back at the client's expense. Shipping costs are not eligible for exchange or store credit. The client assumes responsibility for all shipping costs during initial and subsequent transactions regarding the request for an exchange or store credit. Custom pieces are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.

SHIPPING

We ship using the reliable Canada Post postal service. Unless the client requests otherwise, standard shipping services will be utilized. Turnaround time from point of sale to delivery will vary depending on destination, so please allow an adequate amount of time while the postal service processes the delivery. Should you require quicker delivery, please specifically state this by contacting us before making the purchase so that we are aware of the request and can make the necessary adjustments to shipping costs. Tracking numbers will be made available upon request. All shipped items will require a signature upon delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels, or any unfortunate mishaps that may result from delivery. In the unlikely event that such a mishap occurs, contact Canada Post and open up an inquiry.
